In this workshop we will review some common tasks in assembling, visualizing, and analyzing datasets for air transport research and we will guide participants through techniques the author has found useful. The workshop will require some pre-work (installing packages such as R-Studio and downloading some datasets) but participants will also have access to online tutorials and other resources to continue the journey when the workshop ends. The intended audience is beginner (Excel users) to intermediate (R users) but the topics will be wide-ranging. The goal is to excite your interest and boost your confidence.
